4 Products and product information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and other information shown on the website are as accurate as possible. However, colours, packaging, appearance and product presentation may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production updates or supply changes.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order is submitted, where this is reasonably necessary.
5 Orders

An order is not accepted until it has been reviewed and processed by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock problems, or where we believe the order breaches these terms.
6 Pricing and payment
All prices shown on the website are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable at the time of order, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Payments on blynt.co.uk are processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers, which may include Stripe, Klarna, WooPayments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We do not store your full card details on our own website servers. Your payment is processed by the relevant third-party payment provider in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay fulfilment, or cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.
8 Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched through trusted third-party fulfilment, warehousing and delivery partners acting on our behalf. Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
9 Delivery timing
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within a reasonable time. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable or agreed period, we will contact you where possible.
10 Cancellations and your right to change your mind
If you are buying as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days after receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason.
If you exercise this right, you should notify us within that 14 day period. After telling us you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Refunds will usually be made using the original payment method, subject to any deductions permitted by law.
Certain items may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, such as sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalised goods made to your specification.
11 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.
Your rights in relation to faulty goods are protected under UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
12 Returns process
To request a return, cancellation, or support with an order, please contact us at contact@blynt.co.uk or on WhatsApp at +44 7895 801270.
We may ask for your order number, proof of purchase, photos, or a brief explanation of the issue to help us process your request fairly and efficiently.
13 Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
We reserve the right to withhold certain refunds until returned goods are received back, or until satisfactory evidence of return is provided, where permitted by law.
14 Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or limited offers. These may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, usage limits and product exclusions.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
