Refund & Returns Policy
1 Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories should be included
- The item should not show signs of misuse or damage

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working as expected, please get in touch as soon as possible. In most cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement first for a quicker solution
- Or provide a full refund if preferred
We may ask for a photo or short video to understand the issue.
3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is usually 3 to 5 working days
If your return does not meet the conditions, we will contact you before proceeding.
4 Return Shipping
- Faulty or incorrect items — we will cover return costs
- Change-of-mind returns — the buyer may be responsible for return postage
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5 Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns if:
- The item has been used excessively or damaged by misuse
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The return is requested after the 30-day period
